A Meet Tuesday at Rolling Hills

June 23rd

Good evening team and parents!

Tuesday is our second A Meet at Rolling Hills. Please note at the time of writing this email we still need 1 judge for Tuesday night and a photographer. I actually had the wrong jobs in the sign up (I had home instead of away) and I think I put everyone where they had signed up, but please check your sign ups to ensure I corrected these in line with your original sign up. 

Those eligible for to compete in the A Meet are the following, and please remember Tuesday morning practice is for A meet divers only:

Their parking lot has plenty of spaces, but should it become full, there is also parking on the street. They will offer concessions before and during the meet to include grill items.
Since they plan to start the meet promptly at 6 p.m., they will offer us the boards for warm-ups at 5 p.m. They have an area for the team to sit on deck as well as a grassy area behind them for the parents to set up. It tends to be sunny that time of day, so bringing a way to shade yourself is a good idea. 


Volunteers:

RH - Secretary, 2 table workers, announcer, 1 ref/ judge and 1 judge

DH - 2 table workers, 3 judges

Dive warm ups:

RH - 4:15 - 5:00

DH - 5:00 - 5:45

Freshman bounce - 5:45 - 5:55

National Anthem 5:55

Meet Start 6pm

Please let me know if you have any questions. I will send a second email shortly with information on the B Meet on Thursday against Donaldson Run at DH, and the volunteers needed for this meet.
