Good evening all, 

I hope this email finds you all well and that you have been enjoying the very warm and dive season type weather that we have had over the last week! I am June Seymour, mum to Joe and Zach Mathieson, and I will be taking on the role of Dive Team Rep this year, from Thomas. Because Thomas' shoes are much larger than mine, I am hoping to get a lot of volunteers to help me throughout the season. If you are interested in helping please reach out to me. Some of the volunteer opportunities include the following roles: 

Volunteer Coordination
Concession/Pizza sales for meets
Social Coordinator
Judge
Table Worker
Table Secretary
Assisting with Meet Set up/Team Pizza party for home meets

There is training for Meet Workers, Judges, and Referees at various dates in June. I will post these on the website over the course of this weekend. 

The season will kick off with practices starting May 20, 2024 with evening practices and morning practices will start on June 17, 2024. More information will follow with dates for the parent information meeting, kick-off party, and socials. You can find the schedule on the website at https://dhdive.swimtopia.com/ under upcoming events on the right hand side of the page. 

This year we will have at least 2 B Meets, including an All Arlington B Meet, which is returning to the schedule in 2024. I am trying to also arrange a 3rd B Meet, and will get this in the calendar if I manage to get it agreed. As with prior years the B Meets will be on Thursday nights and A Meets will be on Tuesday nights, for those that qualify for the A Meets. 

Registration is planned to open on April 8, 2024 so pleas mark your calendars and check the website for updates. 

The coaches and I are so excited to get the season started and look forward to seeing you and your divers poolside in just a couple months!
