Hi all,

The weather looks poor this afternoon, but should clear up for the meet this evening by about 5:00. However, I thought this might be a good time to talk about what happens in cases when it storms during a meet.

Rescheduling meets is never ideal, and given that a holiday weekend is approaching, we will be highly motivated to get this meet in if the storms appear to be passing through.

As of now, we are still planning on warming up at 5:00, but if we must wait out a storm, we are typically not permitted on the pool deck and must wait out the storm in our cars. I will be in close contact with the other team rep and will use this email channel to communicate any updates on the status of the meet.

Anyway, hoping for the best, but wanted to at least get that bit of housekeeping out of the way early.
