Great fun and lots of learning is taking place at the dive well!

For dive team happenings including practice times, meets, NVSL Clinics, social events please use the updated DH Dive Team Printable Calendar that is found on the right side of the Dive Team Swimtopia homepage at https://dhdive.swimtopia.com. Do not refer to the calendar on the DH website as it is often incorrect with regards to the dive team.

Note that the date of the Awards Banquet is on Friday, July 22 not Saturday, July 23.

We’re looking forward to celebrating the start of the 2022 dive season with you at our Kick Off Party on Friday, June 10! Pizza, veggies, fruit, bottled water, popsicles & ice cream cones will be available. Feel free to bring additional food and beverages for your family.

We will eat and visit on the front lawn from 6:30pm to 7:30pm and then we’ll head down to the dive well and/or poolside concrete benches to view some demonstration dives. This will give our new divers and their families a chance to see experienced divers in action. Spectators will learn about proper diving technique and what meet judges are looking for in well executed dives. Then from 8:00/8:15pm to 9:00pm the divers and their siblings (who’ve passed the swim test) will get a chance to dive and goof off in the dive well.

To volunteer click the Calendar tab at the top of the dive team Swimtopia homepage. Click on the green “Job Signup” box on the right and then the red “Signup for Jobs” box. Once you’ve signed up an email with more details will be sent.

Team t-shirts and spirit wear will be distributed this week at practice. For those who registered after May 5, we’ll do our best but a specific t-shirt size is not guaranteed. Consider writing your diver’s name in permanent marker on the inside of the back collar.

Sports Fair no longer carries the team suit from last year but is selling navy blue suits. Mention DH to receive a discount. Any red, navy blue one-piece suit or last year’s swim or dive suits works.
